Bought a few things from here now over the years including cymbals , pedals and most recently a new kit. Pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Super quick and responsive with my order. Even got me sorted when the kit I wanted wasn’t available in the finish I chose they quickly got me another one sorted instead. Had a hiccup at the finance side of things but they even got that sorted quickly too and within days my new kit was ready to collect. Couldn’t do enough for me even help set it up in store and install a kick port so it’s ready to go. 10/10 experience would definitely recommend buying here and will be returning again in the future

Absolutely amazing service from Rockem music. I ordered an ahead spinal glide drum throne. It was delivered in n less than 24 hours via free shipping and the throne was at an incredible price!!! The guy who I placed the order with was very helpful too. Will be ordering again with this shop !!! Highly recommend Rockem music.

The team at Rockem are great! I chose to pay via a finance scheme which had a few bugs. The team were very communicative and friendly and together we managed to get it sorted! I'd highly recommend Rockem if you want piece of mind when ordering equipment.

Excellent prices and great selection of instruments and accessories. They're not joking when they say they've got a superb mail order department: I received my order quickly and perfectly packed, and postage (tracked!) was so cheap I won't hesitate to order individual items in future.

I recently decided to upgrade my old gong stands (metal heavy duty clothes stands) for wooden ones that not only look nicer, but also don't move and squeek like metal ones.When I was ready to purchase from a company I get my Gongs from, they had no stock, and most places only had pre order, taking up to a month.I googled the make and model and found a site called Reverb which led me to Rockem Music. They had 5 in stock and after a quick phone call the order was placed.My experience with Rockem was really good, and most importantly they had stock. I ordered on a Friday and told the delivery would be Monday. I was then notified it would be Saturday. The whole purchase was really smooth.The Gongs look great on the stands and they are really high quality (Meinl Sonic Energy)

Thanks to the two lovely members of staff at Rockem Music, who were so helpful today when I collected a drum kit (for my grandson). They offered to unpack the shells and fit the drum heads, rather than leaving me to struggle with heavy boxes and masses of packaging when I got home. They were thoughtful, well-informed and friendly. I'd recommend the shop to anyone looking for a wide selection of instruments and a source of good advice.
