We have been with Glenburn for almost 18 years and always have excellent service especially when having to make insurance claims, they take the pressure of filling in forms. Staff are extremely helpful and caring during difficult times and share in good times also. We find all the vets within the practice caring and compassionate. Brought my puppy here for her injection today & I had a positive first experience with this place. The receptionist is very helpful & welcoming. The vet herself was great with my pug & showed me how to clean my pugs ear's correctly. After this experience I will move my older dog to this vet also. Thank you

Reception area clean, bright and welcoming. Friendly receptionists. Vet listened to my description of the problem my cat had and gave a very thorough examination before telling me what treatment she was prescribing. She had what I would describe as a lovely bedside manner with my cat.

Great vet took great care of my duck, helped her abscess. He thought careful about a medical plan of action to treat her even though the clinic isnt specialized in birds. 10/10

The staff who work at Glenburn Lisburn are exceptionally kind, friendly, efficient and compassionate. It is a relief to me that they look after my pet's healthcare. From ear tumour removal, animal bites and regular vaccinations I know that the team in Glenburn will do their best for my pet.
