What a brilliant little market in Stevenson Square, every stall is a mini haven for arts and crafts, food and alcohol. I love these markets because of their individuality, its that saying I made this" that makes these markets so special. Well worth going to one if you want something unique and not mass produced. I have been to the one in the Northern Quarter and the Lowry. If you want something different to buy come here..."

Northern Quarter Makers market
This is a real treat for a Sunday visit. Exactly the kind if thing I love. A wonderful range of stalls offering a wide variety of products and all of really highy standard. Spent some time talking to a young French man about his range of candles and the classes he offers (which I will be taking). Wonderful food stalls, particularly the pie stall and the stall offering barbecued sandwiches. An absolute must for a visit!
