Have a look at TRUST PILOT also (ignore the 5*, they may be questionable). Placed a sample order (£67) and received half of them (3x2ml). Contacted them & they explained this is a partial delivery & the rest are on their way (this was nearly 3 weeks ago). Follow-up emails responded to with assurance these will be sent. Let's see, will post update.UPDATES: no sign of samples (26/09). Requested refund, no reply as at 5/10

Not to be trusted at all! I like others bought fragrances that never arrived and got excuse after excuse but no goods and no refund

Placed an order and a week later it hadn't been dispatched. So I contacted them to cancel the order. I had no reply from them after numerous emails. I had to get my credit card company involved. It took me four months to get a refund. My advice is to think twice before doing business with these crooks.

Order never arrived. Company claimed to have posted it, then ignored multiple requests for updates and tracking details. But as soon as a I disputed the charge with my credit card provider, they suddenly got back in touch to ask me to cancel the chargeback because they were apparently preparing to post it and were really sorry for the delay (despite having told me they posted it weeks ago). Obviously I didn't cancel the chargeback and will be avoiding this company like the plague in future.

As far as I am concerned this is a scam. I purchased 2 fragrances in mid July, and I have never received them. Initially I got excuses about being away etc, and kept being promised they'd be sent. As of 10th October still nothing, and now not getting any response at all. Basically had over £100 stolen from me.

Placed an order for aftershave Aqua Di Gio costing £100.00 +£7.00 postage on the 24/11/23 with deliver expected 7days later . No delivery & it is now 14th Dec .I Have sent several emails & phone call , only one response on the 5th Dec by email that someone would look into my query. Since then nothing . Absolutely disgusted with the total lack of communication from this company & I now belive that after reading other reviews from other unfortunate customers which I wish I had read beforehand, this is the way this company operates , no delivery no communication. I have contacted my credit card company to report this fraud . Stay away from this site & company.John Duffy ..

Posted later after chasing them for ages, emails phone calls, and when the product arrive it was not the one I ordered? Basically they said we will not refund?????waste of time and money! Stay away from this people's.

Please DO NOT order from this website. It is a BOGUS website. I ordered perfume which didn't arrive and have not received a refund.Despite contacting them repeatedly. They keep saying they will refund but haven't.They are a BOGUS company. DO NOT order from them.I am reporting them to Action Fraud.

Ordered online , they shipped after my 5 emails 1 month after and it came brokenThen I asked for replacement and they sent totally wrong parfum …I think there is smth wrong with that business !
