Kaira Sound Therapy

Tony at kaira sound is very gentle and caring and does an amazing job at keeping everybody calm and in the zone. I have been a couple of times recently and will always come back here.

My friend and I had the most wonderful sound bath experience yesterday. Tony has a very kind and gentle manner that immediately put us both at ease, as this was a new experience for us both.It was soo relaxing and I felt healing on a very deep level, whilst feeling perfectly safe encased in the powerful sounds of the gongs and singing bowls. I also experienced a lot of third eye activation and came away feeling like a new woman! Throughly recommend. Amazing experience ticked off my bucket list.

I have tried many sound baths before, but Tony's was the best one I've been to. I particularly enjoyed the beginning with him helping us drop into our body and out of our mind to enjoy the sound bath without the distraction of our chattering minds. I definitely recommend one of Tony's sound baths.

We had never tried a sound bath before. We were celebrating our anniversary and I choose this experience to surprise the husband.I found Kaira online. From the first contact Tony always promtly replied to all my queries. He was welcoming and kind. Before starting the therapy he took the time to explain everything. We ended this experience feeling super relaxed. The husband loved it. We felt this was a boost for our energy after 2,5 years of being mostly just the 2 of us taking care of our child while working both full time.We will definitely do it again and probably make it at least an annual tradition to regain mind peace and help manage our stress.

I have been to Kaira Sound Therapy few times now and all I can say is what a beautiful experience. Very well organised, each time nice and friendly environment, sessions are very relaxing and feel like great escape from everyday stress. Definitely recommended!

Never been to a Gong Bath before, but Kaira Sound Therapy was so well organised, was so calming, it was a great first experience. Would definitely recommend and will be going again!
