Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. There are no high pressure sales tactics or tricks just to make more money, they are honest guys and put the customer first. I've had my last few phones from the store and can say they do a really good job of looking after you through the process of switching your phone. Keep up the good work and see you when my upgrade is due!
