I attended a zoom taster course ran by Gracie. Gracie has a lot of knowledge and presented the session in a professional, yet friendly manner. I didn’t know anything about hypnobirthing before, and in the one hour session I felt Gracie explained all I needed to know, and even had time to demonstrate some breathing techniques, which I was then able to practice and use. I finished the session feeling much more informed about being able to have a calm, positive birth experience (rather than it being something to worry about!) I would definitely recommend Gracie and the natural birth company to expectant mummy’s.

My birth partners and I recently attended a 5 hour course spread over 2 days with Grace. Grace came to my home to deliver the course and I am so so glad I got in touch. I can’t fault a single part of the process. Everything from booking to aftercare was perfect. We learned so much, Grace is so knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone expecting to invest in a session with Grace. I feel so much more empowered and in control about my upcoming birth. Grace came fully prepared and with lots of visual tools which really helped me fully understand the labour and birth process. The breathing techniques we learned were perfect - so calming. Each session ended with a calming hypnobirthing script which was a perfect way to end a really informative session. The course was such good value for money too! A really reasonable price which proves Grace does this job because she loves it and not for the money. She’s really passionate and dedicated to all things birth and it shows in the way she teaches. Grace is there to answer any questions at any time even after the course has finished which is so reassuring. Gracie is a certified KGH teacher who is full of passion, professional and very welcoming. She advocates and encourages you to own your birth in a calm and non threatening way. Full of knowledge and always ready to answer any questions you might have about having a fearless and positive birth experience. Couldn’t recommend her enough.
