Really not happy with the service I received, I went in looking to get my finger sized as my wedding ring felt a bit tight and one of the two men in the shop proceed to ram my new ring down his sizing rod multiple times with force causing scratches inside the ring. As the ring was new it was eligible for a free replacement dependent on it still being in new condition. Becouse of this shop my ring was now classed as worn and it cost me £75 to have it resized.

This is the best jewellery in the South West friendly helpful staff real good prices and honest. Do repairs for very reasonable prices and are very helpful. I can recommend them big AAA plus

Great little jewellery shop, highly recommend you take a look and pop inside as more items on show inside. High quality repairs done here too. Manny is always ready to help and gives good advise if needed.

Rude staff. Bought my ring in to be valued and they proceeded to low ball me then asked where I found the ring as if I couldn't afford it. Very poor
