Highly recommend Novells. Did a great job of replacing 1 full window, 2 x window sills and general refurb on the rest. There were a couple of follow-ups but very responsive and completed job to a high standard with workmen very tidy.

Novell is simply the best. They draughtproofed, refitted and partially reglazed two bedroom windows perfectly. Phil spotted that the window sills were rotten and they certainly were! They were replaced too and the two craftsmen left both rooms spotless.

I had to have new sash cords on two of my old wooden Victorian windows.I can highly recommend Novells.The workmanship was fantastic and they were very professional and respectful leaving no mess covering over items to protect them.Also Nicki in the office did a great job in organising and keeping me informed.

I had nine sash windows that needed some TLC. Saroonan has replaced two rotten sills and replaced brushes on all the windows. I now have less drafts and a quieter life! There was minimum disruption and work areas left clean and tidy. Thank you.

Novells have carried out a number of sash window repairs on our rental properties, and I can't fault them in any way. They have always been polite, professional, very good value and provided excellent and prompt service. I wouldn't look anywhere else for sash window repairs in the future.

We had a broken landing sash window and decided to replace with double glazing whilst getting the repair done. It was the last part of our renovation and we were keen to get this done before the winter kicked in. Since getting it done, we have noticed the insulation is so much better in the hallways and landing. The fitters were punctual and very clean. They did a days work and left the hallway cleaner than when they arrived. We would highly recommend Novells.
