They gave me a brochure on some hearings aid accessories I didnt even know existed. Thank you for all your help and practical advice. Just a great service, and so important. I didn't expect to lose hearing in one ear along with tinnitus. I knew to contact a doctor but didn't think there was outside help like sensory support. I'm in debt to you.

My father got hearing aid from here and says it's best one he had yet. Nearly invisible.

Just an update to my previous review below. I got a telephone call from Dublin and a call from Belfast/Newtownabbey who explained that this was a misunderstanding and that my father was promised his money back. They handled this extremely well and he received his full refund and I appreciated the professional and efficient manner in which they resolved this misunderstanding.DianeDespite numerous unanswered telephone calls perhaps my review may attract their attention. My 83 year old father was sold a hearing aid for £800 and was asked to pay £100 deposit and a further £100 on receipt of it. He explained that the hearing aid was making a noise and was most uncomfortable inside his ear and said he was not happy and returned it. He was then told that he had 90 days to change his mind and purchase it but he would not be getting his £200 back. Perhaps someone in management could please contact me via this link in order to discuss this matter before I contact my Solicitor for advice.

My grandad got a hearing aid with this company and has no faults with it, he said the staff were very nice and curtious.I've done this review on his behalf.
