Very disappointing response from this company.As soon as the managing director realised that I was an overseas client, she did her best ‘not’ to be honourable.After less than a month of use and exposure to a light shower of rain, the leather on my bag began to bubble. I was assured by Emma from Sagebrown, this was normal and to allow it to dry. A day and half later, the blistering increased, yet Mehmet from Sagebrown assured me the leather was waterproofed, and their processes assured the best quality.When I suggested an exchange …… no reply back from them. After 11 purchases from this company.Unfortunately, this portal doesn’t allow images, but I have posted a visual review on their FB page.

I'm in absolute love with this brand, so much so that I've bought about 8 bags from them in different colours and I'm still looking to buy more. The range of bag styles are sophisticated, chic and contemporary and can be worn with a diverse range off outfits and occasions. Exceptional quality and leather is a given and I know these bags will never go out of fashion.The customer service is fantastic and they even give me heads up of new colours they're looking to add to their range, so I can pre-order and have them delivered as soon as they arrive in-store. Keep doing what you're doing and I'm confident that I will be a life long customer.

Fantastic quality and designs for reasonable prices. This brand started off by manufacturing bags on behalf of top-end brands, and offers the same quality for a fraction of the price. A great address that I would wholeheartedly recommend!

Damaged products by poor and cheap embossing job!Bought several products from this shop (bags, jewelry box, wallet, other cases), ~£700 worth, and requested embossing personalization with my wife and myself initials. We choose the embossing colors based on the given choices. We were informed that for the embossing services the products must be sent somewhere else to get it done and this will take few days before they deliver them to my place. After more than a week, the items were not delivered and only after I called, items were delivered few days later. When unboxed the delivery, we were totally shocked and upset. The product that we liked at the shop were totally ruined by a poor and cheap embossing job. The font color were too shiny (unlike the previously shown samples) and large in size, very disproportionate and misfit to the products. The shop manager realized the issue and promised to rectify, after he received the product. Several days later, I followed up with him but unfortunately, he claimed that he tried many options, but nothing worked and I should accept the product as is and with time the shiny colors will settle! And of course, he refused to return and referred me to the terms and conditions in his website.

Ordered an oyster card holder mid morning. Was delivered the next day. Nice quality, speedy service. Impressed.

I bought a messenger bag about four years ago from Sage Brown because the store caught my attention as I walked by. I didn't need yet another bag, for I already had several. It was a purely impulsive and totally unnecessary purchase (as many of mine are). Recently, however, I've been using this bag and now appreciate the high-end quality of it. It sat quitely, untouched and abandoned in its green protective fabric bag in a closet for years. Now I realise what I have.

My mood before arriving at the Arcade was slightly jaded and weary, did not have much sleep beforehand. However, despite the hustle and bustle of Piccadilly, I received directions from a kind gentleman near Fortnum and Mason and located boutique No.17 within the pleasant Princes Arcade.Very appealing window merchandising, which pleased my visual sense and satisfied my mind.The two entities who were behind the sales desk were very personable, professional, demonstrated excellent manners and were more than capable in serving the clientele who were present.The item I purchased was a God-send and was packaged in a tidy fashion. I was very satisfied and left the boutique in a positive frame of mind.(I recall hearing the song ''Golden Brown by The Stranglers on my exit from the Arcade - puts a smile on your face after a good retail experience)Ten out of ten to Sage Brown

I purchased a black leather wallet with yellow leather inner for my boyfriend. I’m delighted with it. It’s beautifully made, great quality leather and gift wrapped. The service was totally hassle free. I had a great conversation with a member of the customer service team who was knowledgeable about the products and really helpful. The wallet arrived within days of the order. A fantastic service all round! I cannot recommend SageBrown highly enough!

After quite some searching online, had found one bag from SageBrown that met my needs. When visiting the shop, I found that my laptop wouldn't fit in the bag - the team at SageBrown however offered me the option to tailor the bag to my specs. They went above and beyond in making sure that the result matched what I wanted. Very very glad that I took the option - extremely happy with the result, the quality/finish of the product, and the team's approach, I would definitely buy from them again.
