We arrived in Newick and found out very quickly getting a taxi to the Bluebell line was trickier than we hoped! And 4 other customers were in the same situation! But with the help of a local in the pub we got a 6 seater and the driver (05 Uddin) turned up on time with good communication prior to arrival and was friendly during the trip. On the return he was outside waiting. 5 star service!

Definitely not limousines! Ordered car for 6 to take us back to our hotel at midnight well in advance and verified on the day that it was all booked but no one came. Only answer message on depot and mobile number. No response or apology. Ended up having to use another company completely. Do not trust them.

Struggled getting a very early pick up from Lindfield to Haywards Heath station. Prime Taxis helped us out in spite of having another pickup at similar time, arrived on time and driver was excellent.
