As far as services leading to pick up of my package is concerned, I am highly impressed. Excellent. I hope I will have the same experience when it comes to delivery of the package to its destination.

I have been using Jobyco since I moved to the UK 4 years ago and I have not had any issues and I ship very frequent as well. Thanks to the office guys and the drivers for the good work they are doing. I will recommend Jobyco shipping to anyone looking for door to door services to from the UK to Ghana.

It is my first time using Jobyco services and I must be honest I didn’t have a good experience with them .i had a scheduled pick up on Saturday waited all day home only for me to call them and was told their truck was full so they will pick up the next day .The driver called early morning the next day that they in my city and will be to my location in two hours waited more than two hours without receiving any call .i called back only to be told they have left my city and they seem to even have forgotten they are suppose to pick my parcel . I had someone waiting for them to pick the parcel and they didn’t show up. Not a good first impression.

I wish I didn’t have to deal with these people. They are so rude. They never turn up. It’s been 3 weeks and 3 attempts and still my items haven’t been collected. They shout at you and hang up the phone and when you speak the office staff they don’t care and furthermore cannot do anything about it. Rasta is the ONLY person who is courteous and kind. There is no customer service at all.

Disappointing. The actual shipment from the UK to GHANA is good, your belongings arrive intact but it’s the initial pick—up that lets this service down. No-one can give you a rough time-frame as to when your goods will be collected, so you are unable to plan and are left waiting around all day. In one case, I waited all day and they cancelled my pick-up to return the following day. Sadly until an alternative company which actually values their customers custom arrives to shake up this practice, we are stuck with this below standard customer experience.

Jobyco is very professional. The staff are friendly and well trained. Their record keeping and correspondence is immaculate. I have used many different door to door shippers but so far Jobyco comes top of the pile.My shipment has only just been picked up but so far I am comfortable they will deliver a complete service.
