I can't recommend Mel highly enough - she stepped in at very short notice to teach a class of around 16 women as part of a hen weekend. She came to us to teach and was warm and friendly and put on the perfect class for us - just the right mix of relaxation, tuning in and movement. As the class was part of a hen do, she incorporated a special meditation-like exercise to celebrate friendship, love and connection - we were really grateful to have her as our teacher.

Mel is a fantastic teacher! Clear in her instructions, friendly, helpful and makes noone feel excluded. I so enjoyed her classes when she lived in Suffolk and miss her and her classes very much. Suffolk’s loss is very much Bude’s gain so if you get the opportunity to attend one (or hopefully many more!) of her classes do so. You won’t regret it!
