15 minute wait for a flatbread and black coffee!? Drive-thru clearly has too high of a priority over people who take the time to walk in. Multiple people near the counter waiting ages for small orders.

The duty manager is a surly blonde woman. Doesn’t break into a smile, nor does she wear a hairnet in the kitchen like all the other stuff but believe she’s above everybody else and makes them know it. Sad really because his branch is normally a very happy place But only when she’s not there.

Argh. That moment when your food is brought to your car in the car park, but you open the bag and they’ve forgotten to include the fries. That walk to the venue…. Might as well have gone in and ordered at kiosk.Food was typically hot and just what i expected. Plenty of parking and easy to access off the road.

This is the busiest Macdonald's I have visited. Had trouble parking, drive through full! But credit to them the service was quick and toilets clean . 3rd visit early morning. Very clean and definitely more quiet. NHS discount with McDonald's app well worth it!

It took 15 minutes to get our drive through order of two double cheeseburgers, two wraps, and large fries, even though it was 7 PM and absolutely not rush hour. Also, our “large” fries was not even a full container.

Down the road found my big mac at the bottom of my bag. Spilled out because someone didn't make sure my box was properly closed. When it's that simple to get it right after how many years of Maccers.. yeah it's disappointing

Queued for 15 mins at the drive through, nobody took my order. Windows were closed and although manned nobody opened them to talk. Got to the end and hadn’t ordered. I was told to either go inside and order or queue again. I refused and they threatened to call the police. Shift manager Anita and assistant manager Nathan should be sacked. I won’t be going again. There’s a lovely cafe a mile further down the road!!

Ordered on the app and opted to go to one of the collection bays. It was lunch time so we expected a wait as it was a little busy but the food arrived speedily and the waitress was friendly and polite. Food was tasty and they’d even put plenty of napkins, salt and sauce in the takeaway bag which we appreciated.

We enjoyed our two breakfast meals, a quick stop gap before travelling on.Wife said the bacon was just okay, could have done with a little longer being cooked and less fatty~ bacon bap ordered.The sausage and egg muffin was okay, I enjoyed it.All the food was hot.Always enjoy the coffee here. clean restaurant and the staff were very friendly.Seen to be a popular place on the A17 just past Sutton Bridge.
