My dog settled very well with Cuddle Buddies. I felt very relax he was in good hands. Very trustworthy and reliable.

Karen is great with our beloved Shih Tzu Mila. She's adaptable and flexible with our requirements. We feel our dog will be safe with Karen as she is very responsible and safe. Her home and garden are dog friendly and she has a pocket park directly behind her house. Mila is always happy to see Karen and tired when we get her back home so we know she's had an active day.

A good service was promised from Cuddle Buddies and our 5 pets appeared to have been well cared for on a few occasions.However , we were very disappointed when our booking was cancelled suddenly with no reason via text message when we had booked months in advance .To cancel a booking without even calling the customer is very unprofessional in our opinion and unpleasant . Trust , good communication and reliability are essential when you leave a house sitter in charge of your home and beloved animals .
