The team found the issue with damp I was experiencing and provided s fair quote the work was completed within the agreed timescale and the workmen were very polite and professional.

My whole experience with this company was a complete frustration. After the initial very brief investigation, I was asked to pay some deposit to carry out a cause analysis (which I was told would be deducted from the final price if I instruct them to do the job), which is OK. They did eventually made 2 more very short visits after several (!) missed appointments. Then no more news.It turned out that Laura (who ran the office), using official communication channels (office phone, office email etc) took the deposit and was running jobs behind the company book. They disappeared eventually. The owner (a man who seemed correct based on the phone conversations by the way) did send out another contractor later, but that guy got upset when I was asking for any reference and said that I am too untrusting, so he won't do it. Strange! The owner did promise to give me a partial refund, but I never got in the end, and gave up chasing. Overall not a great experience. This was back in January-March 2021.

Very pleased with the work they carried out. Highly recommend this company.Arrived on time got the job done within the time period they said were clean and efficient.

Damp returned as bad as ever… have been chasing the office for a few weeks now to get a surveyor out to look at the work… one member of staff tells me the surveyor is off due to a family bereavement… the next day another tells me that same surveyor is off with flu… not sure if they have no idea what’s going on or if they are just fobbing me off… either way the work which I paid for and the ‘20 year guarantee’ seems to count for nothing!Seemingly zero interest in the customer once they have taken your money!!Look elsewhere for your fall proofing needs!!

I had expansive rising damp at my property. From the list of options to choose from, i chose this company. Im sure glad i did. It was the best price, great service, but most importantly the damp has been eradicated.One happy customer would recommend to anybody

I can say Colin and his team are superb at their job!!His team did a number of works on my house!! And I am very impressed from Spray Foam insulation too windows and some internal works, highly recommend

Zero stars rating but sadly this systemwon'tlet me do that. Fitted solar panels in January this year STILL waiting for the MSC certificate so that we can sell excess electricity back to the grid. Solar panels working great but this company's customer service is below zero. No one ever gets back to you.

Had a brand new roof installed. Very satisfied with all aspects of the work we received. Would definitely use this company again.

I asked for a quote from this company and was told I'd have a visit at 430pm but noone showed up. I called the office and had a call back apologising and saying they'd forgot and visit a couple of days later. They didn't turn up again and I phoned the office and left a voicemail. No contact since. Complete lack of respect.
