Shopping at the store was a very enjoyable experience, Simon at the Yeovil branch was most helpful and managed to find the products that matched our needs almost exactly and at a good price. The service from entering the store to the delivery was excellent, thank you. The Old Creamery will now be our first choice for furniture in future.

Love this shop, so much choice and great quality furniture. Love the accessories too, you can often get something a bit different and special. The service is always friendly and helpful.

Hello,I just wanted to take this opportunity to say a very BIG thank you to Garry who I spoke to just before Christmas about the demise of my 91year old Father with dementia and who is immobile too and the fact that he had somehow damaged the remote control on his recliner chair. The shop had quoted £110 for a new remote and£40 for installation. Following an email to Garry and his subsequent phone call to me, he assured me that he would do everything he could to get everything put right. He kept coming up against hurdles, but he would phone with reassurance and problems solved. I told him that he was amazing and all of his work was really appreciated. So I am writing to let you know that I think that Garry went above and beyond the call of duty. His kindness and thoughtfulness will always be remembered by our family - who I might add - have been loyal customers for many years. So on that note, we will continue for some years to come to be loyal to The Old Creamery.

Dean in the Taunton branch was extremely helpful again and this time the bookcase was delivered today on time as promised by their very reliable, professional, careful, polite and helpful team of delivery men.Thank you again and will definitely be back for more furniture very soon!

After spending most of the day in Taunton at the beginning of March looking for a new 3-piece suite, we saw one we both loved that would suite the rest of our furniture and soft furnishings. It I was in a classic chestnut tweed fabric with lovely plump cushions.Unfortunately, lockdown kicked in and we were unable to take delivery of it, until several months later.The Old Creamery were excellent at keeping in contact with me via phone & email and updating me with manufacturing and supply details. At one point, they even offered me a temporary sofa (we had got rid of our old, tired leather one) but we managed until our new suite arrived.On delivery of the suite, John & Mark were very professional in handling the items and placed them in the property to make it easier for us to manoeuvre.I would recommend The Old Creamery for a personal service for furniture that is just that little bit different from the rest of the big furniture stores on the retail parks.Thank you.
