I am a first time land lady and was worried about the rental process, however Hamptons Haywards Heath held my hand every step of the way. The service I have received has been second to none, not to mention the lovely tenant they have found me. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend using them to rent your property for you: Victoria, Janie, Lucy, Emily and James were brilliant!

As a tenant the process of renting a house through Hamptons has been excellent. James went above and beyond in giving us a live video tour of the house we were interested in as we couldn't be there in person, and being able to sign documents online made everything easy for us. Hamptons also provided access to a service which helped us set up utilities, which we very much appreciated. We're delighted with the house and Alex has responded quickly to any maintenance issues. All in all a very positive experience.

Big thanks to Tamsin, Ana and Tracey for getting our sale over the line. We'd been trying to sell for a while with other agents but Hamptons were the one that closed it out. It wasn't just the result either, it's the frequency of updates, the clarity in their communications, the chasing of other parties, the professionalism etc. Highly recommend them.

We used Hamptons to source a rental property and they were amazing during the whole process. It was stress free and they made it very easy for us. Hampton's came to us with the proposed property rather than the other way around showing their in-dept knowledge of our needs. Their whole online process was very efficient. We were and still are very impressed with their quality of service and they left us wanting for nothing. They are super friendly and patient. Ana Conroy was exceptional in finding a buyer for our property and seeing it through to completion. There seemed to be endless problems with the sale but Ana never gave up and surmounted every problem that we encountered. When it came to moving out we got behind and she even helped us to pack on moving day. She is charming good natured and nothing seems too much trouble for her. She is now helping with the purchase of our next property.

A big thanks to Sophie MacLean for securing us our dream home after 4 years of looking!! Sophie was very easy to deal with, personable, competent, professional and discreet. A very smooth service throughout the process. Would really recommend Hamptons and Sophie in particular if buying or selling.

Janie, James, Victoria and Emily gave us a first class service when we were looking for somewhere to rent. They were immensely helpful and very knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately we had to end our two year tenancy prematurely and Hamptons were very good at facilitating this; again providing a really good service. Highly recommended.
