Titanic Spa

Me and my mum went for the first time to experience what our friends had been telling us about. The service was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was beautiful and the staff were excellent.The treatment in the spa was amazing. The heat experience room I would definitely recommend. The apartments were roomy and cosy. We would recommend. Thank you for such a lovely weekend

Visited for my wife's 40th. Not something I'd been to before but we both really enjoyed it. Had recommendations from people who'd visited and said it was really good. Excellent. Really nice apartment. Excellent facilities. Really good service and food. Highly recommend.

Just come back from a lovely day & night here. The spa facilities are great and available up until 9pm so you can spend all day in there. The room was good, a little dated but had everything you needed and more. The stand out thing was the food, it was amazing, really tasty and cooked to perfection..we talked about it all the way home!

Had a fab spa break with my sister. Facilities and accommodation were great, the little apartment was so nice.The treatments were the best I've ever had, and the food was excellent.Highly recommend, will be going again.

Absolutely amazing place, I’ve been before but went today 7 weeks postpartum. I’d asked in advance, and the staff helped me with a private room to pump in as I’m breastfeeding (which was warm, and low light, and the option of a bed or chair - it honestly just made me feel very welcome and safe)! I knew there were pregnancy treatments but I was just so impressed at how accommodating and kind they were to a new mum. It was actually my first day away from my baby and it made the transition so much easier.Every staff member we came across was so welcoming and helpful, and put you at ease. They were professional but also very clearly enjoyed what they do. The heat and ice was amazing as always, and the relaxation room is just perfect. The food was so good, and very filling. The smoked hummus and the bread and oils are to die for!!We tried the mud room for the first time and our skin feels amazing!! It was so much fun as a group of 3 and we’ll definitely be doing that again!! I’ve had the massage before and again highly rate it. Best spa around, and the staff are such a huge part of that.

Went on the special offer they sometimes have. Had an amazing time. The pool was warm . Even warmer first swim in the morning. The staff smiled. Our room was gorgeous. Did not expect a lot from the food ,and it's small but we'll thought out menue. Wow they got it right. As the food was beyond delicious. The little bar you go to after your meal felt like we were in the south of France . The 2 young bar men serving us were outstanding in there service

Beautiful evening with good friends. Lovely heat and ice experience and amazing facial. Relaxation room was very comfy. Only issue was it was cold in corridors and we ate in reception area( canapés lovely) but it was cold in that area as well. Bit more heating needed in this cold weather.

Booked an overnight spa day and the spa and facial were great. I have been to better spa’s though so would not rush back. The room didn’t have any towels and one member of staff was quite rude when I went to reception to ask for some towels. There was a general lack of communication from staff regarding this issue. For the price we paid, I really would have expected a bit more. The restaurant is just an area in reception so does not feel luxury. The food portions were very small and the package we had included spa, facial and one course lunch and two course dinner. All drinks were chargeable which I expected for alcoholic ones but I would have expected a cup of tea or juice to be included with your meal. We had a small omlette for lunch and a glass of water so did not feel very luxury and more like a concentration camp and then we had to order a dessert which was not included just to fill us up, so they obviously make the included food a small portion and do this to make more money but at £180pp I would expect a teeny bit extra such as a cup of tea as I don’t think that would break the bank. The bill on checkout for our added extras of a coffee, a dessert and a portion of bread (just for some substance) plus 2 alcoholic drinks each came to an extra £50 on top. I will not book again.

Thoroughly enjoyed my overnight stay and Spa day at Titanic Spa. The apartment was amazing, comfortable, warm and well thought out. Some breakfast items are provided, which was an added bonus! The food was delicious, we had a two course evening meal and lunch the following day, all delicious. The Spa was amazing, loved all the heat and ice rooms, and the mud chamber was a great experience. Massage and facial was first class. All staff were really friendly and professional.

Booked for my friends birthday. Normally love going for spa days, but unfortunately was very disappointed. The drive there was lovely, however there was one very small hot tub and a very full spa. Very little facilities for how much you pay. Didn't manage to get much time in the hot tub. Would not go again. If you go, hope you enjoy it, but would not recommend.
