PDL Heating

Paul from PDL installed a new Combi boiler to replace our old CH boiler/Immersion Heater system over the past two days. Despite finding lead piping carrying both water and gas, Paul had the job tone in time and within budget. The lead pipes were replaced, the damaged gas pipes were replaced and he even installed an extra spur off the gas to serve a new gas hob we're having installed in the future. He and Oliver did a brilliant neat job in both kitchen and bathroom and went above and beyond the original job quoted with a number of extras that he discovered were needed as he went along. Even though I asked him to get these jobs done without asking a price, he added almost nothing to the final bill. Everything was left neat and tidy and he went out of his way to make sure our future works are made easier. I can't recommend PDL highly enough.

Paul and Rob were absolutely fantastic. From the start, Paul was incredibly knowledgeable and informative, which is what drove my decision to go with PDL. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had, and went above and beyond - even coming out to sort a leak before the job even started. They arrived right when they said they would and were very punctual. The work was completed to a very high standard, with all waste being removed and the house left clean and tidy. Could not recommend them enough.

PDL Heating were recommended by my auntie who has used the company for many years to service their boiler and has always been delighted with them.I decided to use them for a new boiler fit and have been very happy with the new installation.Paul, Oliver and Joe managed to take out my old (sadly deceased) Glowworm boiler and hot water cylinder and fit a new Vaillent (Recommended) Combi Boiler with 3 new radiators and it was up and running in 1 day (Amazing).My mother in-law has also had a new boiler installed which was a great success from PDL Heating as well.Paul is very courteous and knowledgeable and makes you feel you're in safe hands. He is also very reliable and produces reasonable quotes.I highly recommend using PDL Heating as a great local company who actually care about their customers.

Used Paul now for nearly 10 years and always does a first class job.Paul and Oliver have just replaced a boiler in my mother-in-laws bungalow and did a really neat job, no mess at all.Always turns up on time and explains everything if you have any questions..Really polite and also a true professional tradesman.

I used PDL to remove a very old back boiler and install new combi boiler and 8 new radiators and vaillant vsmart. Although not the cheapest (or the dearest either) Paul was by far the best, he was the most professional and talked me through options so I, as a complete novice in my first home, could work out was best for me.Paul gave me a detailed quote and a reasonable timeframe for completing the job which he stuck to.The job was completed exactly to plan. Paul and his colleague even tolerated my toddler wanting to follow them round and ask a million questions about what they were doing.They were really tidy and respectful of my home and the neighbours. I will use again in the future but I have faith I won’t need to given the standard of their work. Would highly recommend!!

5 star service, would highly recommend PDL. Paul provided extensive details on several different makes and types of boiler. He provided me with four separate quotes (2x System & 2x Combi boiler), so I had plenty of options. Never pushed for a sale and was happy to come back and provide a re-quote once I'd finalised a few details. Both Paul & Oliver were professional, punctual and efficient during the install. Chose an ATAG IC Economiser combi boiler which was installed about a month ago and has lived up to its billing so far

V professional from start to finish. Detailed quote, with breakdown of the costs and a full explanation of our options was given at the time of the quote. They also spent time talking about building regs compliance and what work was needed to comply with this for the condensate waste. PDL were always v quick in coming back to me when I had a query about the installation. During the install, they arrived on time and disruption was kept to a minimum as they did the job. The work is of a very high standard, cannot fault it. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

PDL have recently replaced our floor standing Bosch boiler with a new wall mounted unit. Paul and Oli did an excellent job, even managing to bring the installation forward as we were struggling with the old boiler.Professional work and advice greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend.
