Was told they would come after pm as stated in letter waited in all day no one showed up no phone call to say no one was coming yet they have the check to say theyll charge 120 pounds if you arent there and they have to come another time

We have had an ongoing fault with our boiler and every time we reported it, by the time the engineer had come, it had sorted itself. Last time took a video of the fault and showed the engineer who said he will put a report in which was never done. We have now been without hearing for 4 days as they refuse to come to our property out of hours and they are the only council contractors that don’t phone to say that they are coming. We were out picking the wee one up from school and came home to a card through the letter box. Thanks for leaving us including a 4 year old with no heating.

Most of the company consist of the cowboy workers. If I could put negative I definitely be putting the negative star. Are boiler pressure stays on 0 pressure when I call them they send the engineer. Engineer came and said we need to change pressure valve, the job never was put in a doc to be repaired when I call them to find out when it'll be changed they send another engineer and he said everything is ok. My boiler still stays on a 0 pressure. Thanks cowboy worker! Yes they promised to call but never call me

Were meant to service my boiler, but ended up camping my gas, using the excuse, we couldn't get access to yoir boiler! The fact is the boiler is in the same cupboard that they would have had to go into to cap the gas! Useless company.
