Posture Perfect Pilates
I have been attending Carina's studio for many years and now attend twice a weekly reformer and tower classes. Working in a small group makes the experience more intensive and great fun. Carina and her other instructors are so professional and attentive to the personal needs of their clients. I cannot rate Posture Perfect Pilates more highly.

Posture Perfect Pilates
I can't recommend Posture Perfect Pilates highly enough!There are a great range of mat and reformer Pilates classes available at all levels, based in a beautifully equipped private studio. The classes are kept low in numbers so that the excellent teachers are able to ensure everyone works with the correct technique and achieves to the best of their ability. Any injuries are taken into account, with adaptations or alternatives suggested by the teachers.Carina Bayley has developed a wonderful environment in which to practise Pilates. I have always thoroughly enjoyed my classes with her and have made some wonderful friends in the process!

Posture Perfect Pilates
Carina's studio is beautiful and she has a broad range of equipment so that beginners and experienced alike can find each class a supported and suitable challenge. I have done matwork, reformer and tower classes and more in small groups and on a one-to-one and she has converted me to the wonders of pilates. Carina provides expert professional tuition in a friendly and warm studio, with parking. A lovely experience with serious results.

Posture Perfect Pilates
I highly recommend Posture Perfect Pilates primarily because of the quality of the classes - the tremendous knowledge and experience of Carina and Jean. Both the mat and reformer classes are excellent and I wish I had time to do both. The classes are small so there is considerable individual attention and you couldn't wish for a more lovely setting. Very friendly and also fun.

Posture Perfect Pilates
Carina’s studio is clean, bright and airy and she has a great range of equipment which she incorporates into many of her lessons. She is professional and knowledgeable and injects a great sense of humour into her classes and I always leave feeling a lot calmer, lighter and stronger than before! Pilates is so beneficial for the body, especially if you want better posture, strength and flexibility. I have been enjoying Carina’s classes for many, many years and I’m looking forward to many more!

Posture Perfect Pilates
Carina's Zoom sessions during 'lockdown' and, now that restrictions have been lifted, her classes in her super-clean studio, have helped improve my muscle strength and flexibility so much. I no longer have neck and back problems. Carina is inspirational and so patient - I have better muscle tone and posture, plus new confidence. I'm heading for the beach this Summer!! Posture Perfect Pilates
This is a lovely studio outside Cranleigh and it's great to be able to do small group classes on the Reformer. Carina is very knowledgeable and an enthusiastic teacher.
