Really positive experience with Back Gardens Ltd. Particularly given that I live in Bristol, I had to put my full trust in Dan and his team who absolutely didn't disappoint and kept me updated with photos and videos of their progress. The Japanese garden that had once been my Father's pride and joy is now restored to its former glory. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I contacted this company initially by their website on the 7th of July requested a call back to get a quote for their services. I had no reply. I then contact them on Instagram on the 15th of July to which they replied and apologised that no one had got back to me. i provided my details and was told that someone would give me a call on Monday (17th Juy) Monday came and went and I had no contact from them. I messaged them again on the 19th July sharing my disappointment that no one had got back to me. No reply. I sent messages again on 20th 21st and 24th July... no response at all. it is now the 10th of August over a month after the fist initial contact and i have still not had a quote and i get message saying basically sorry we have been busy and staff have taken holidays.....As a potential customer for this company.. i have been completely been put off using them as they can not respond in a timely manor. if I would of taken their services on, this is not the kind of response I expect or lack of.I've gone with another company who responded straight away and was out to me within 48 hours.using the excuse of being 'busy' is a terrible excuse.They have lost out on my large 465sqm garden my parents 286sqm garden and my grandfathers 258sqm garden.cant say what the actual service is like as I could not even get them to my house to quote for over a month!! says it all really.

Louis & Shane did a huge job for us yesterday removing very old Ivy from an equally old wall. Have only huge amount of praise for what they did. Brilliant twosome. Many thanks Guys.Liz Toft

Dan and Will did an absolute stirling job on levelling the ground and relaying our Victorian tiles in front of the house. Their patience and attention to detail was exemplary and the final result looks amazing, almost as if we travelled back in time to when these (fiddly) tiles were first laid there at the end of the 19th century. Absolute professionals and lovely guys to talk to. Thanks again from Aldona and Keith!

Cannot praise Back Gardens enough, they did an excellent job of landscaping my front garden last year, so i had them back to transform my back garden this year and they exceeded my expectations (two photos attached more on their web site)Very professional, friendly, providing first class service, and going the extra mile in workmanship and detail as if they were working on their own gardens.

I was looking for a reliable regular gardening contract for my elderly dad when he became unable to manage his garden himself. Back Gardens Ltd are a personable, friendly, local business who respond to communication in a timely and human manner. My dad has named gardeners who are pleasant, follow requests and work hard. Couldn’t ask for anything more!
