Amazing place run by amazingly talented people!

Just a quick review to let ppl know the kind of ppl they employ… I had a car accident a year or so ago, and his driver parked up with his passenger and found it funny what was going on, shouting things out the window and laughing. So I took pics and vids and sent in via email to complain. All I was told was I must have mis understood the drivers not like that he’d pulled over because the dog was sick in the front of the van. No apology nothing. If you find a single woman in a car crash with 2 children in the car funny I hate to think what your staff are like with animals… not very compassionate extremely immature and idiotic …. Would never use your company for any of my fur babies and I will always tell anyone who asks if you’re a good place to take dogs I will always advise them to not ever trust you with any animals. Vile people
