You can not get an appointment at this surgery for love nor money. Constant redialling from 8 am onwards and then getting some ridiculous queue position only to be told no appointments left! This is every single day! On the day appointments they say 8 till 10am ,( if not an emergency ring after 10) yet all appointments gone before 8 15?!Doctors are great once youmanage to get an appointment!

Never had a problem with the doctors and nurses but the receptionists speak to you awfully! They often put the phone down on you and when you actually get through to them they speak to you in such a patronising tone. It’s disgusting behaviour.

I have had an excellent service from Woodlands, in particular from Dr Kemp who has been amazing. I had to wait a while for my non urgent telephone appointment but Dr Kemp gave me a physical appointment the same day & I received 1st class treatment both on the day & via follow up. Totally impressed, Thank You.

Absolutely shocking service, they're rude and unhelpful, I'm currently registered with this doctors (through no choice of my own),I got moved from doctor sharmas without being informed. Everytime I've rang I'm told just ring 111 or go to A&E, hold on am I not registered with a gp? And don't need to be wasting the hospitals time. But ok ill go A&E because they can't be bothered to deal with a patient that has underling health issues already without needing further treatment.. disgusting all round service.

THE most incompetent surgery I've ever used in my life. They seem to operate on their own rules (which are completely different to other surgeries I have used) and the receptionists cannot answer any questions you have at all. The whole place needs an overhaul. Such a shame because my doctor is lovely but it is impossible so see or speak to him because you physically cannot get through or get an appt.

Merging two medical practices was the worst thing to happen here. Whilst everyone understands NHS cuts, the poor organisation and management here coupled with rude unprofessional staff who are so dismissive mean this practice is chaos. 50 mins on hold in a terrible queuing system that hangs up on patients multiple times only to be told to go online to a terrible outdated website that sends you round in circles. Awful experience all round.

Receptionists are very rude; they always seem moody and unhappy, and they now lie to patients. They sometimes hang up on patients. Horrible service!

I came to this gp a year ago. Usually healthy, I haven't had loads of contacts but those that I have have been fab. Only had one time of about 10 times where a receptionist was a little rude and I reminded her that I don't know the process like she does and she became very helpful and friendly. The econsult is amazing! Easy to use and a Dr reviews quickly. This gp is great compared to my previous, and I heard the receptionist helping a patient out a lot more than most places I'd expect and I work in health care.

Sat in the waiting room this morning, I witnessed one receptionist speaking appallingly to multiple patients one after the other. You are dealing with poorly, vulnerable people in your line of work- please show respect and kindness. Patients go to the doctors for help, not disrespect. Management- please take responsibility.
