I am new to th whole gym scene and so far so good, shame there's no where to lock a bike up as i would of liked to have riden to it but apart from that its all great stuff

Been going for around 7-8 months now, the staff are delightful and always have a positive attitude. Extremely welcoming, and I would highly recommend this gym to anyone whether you’re a beginner or a pro.

Really nice atmosphere in this gym very freindly team and also on hand to help out if needed. also a having the sun-bed and protein bar is a grate benefit. I would recommend any one to try this place beginner or pro

I've been a member of 'Keep Fit Darlington' for 3 years, and I've loved every minute I've spent in it. The facilities are spotless all the time, and the huge variety of equipment is well maintained. Additionally, the staff are professional and knowledgeable, and gym members are treated like family instead of a number. As long as this gym is available, I'll be there!

I've been going to the gym for years, spending years at David Lloyd and Bannatynes and slowly tiring of the whole health club" thing. I was looking for a place which actually focused on health and fitness and less on drinking coffee and gossiping. So I joined Keep fit Darlington a few months ago and it's exactly what I've been looking for
