Damp and Mould Solutions
Noticed a damp issue in our first floor bedroom and contacted Micken. He was friendly and professional and arrived promptly for the appointment. He carried out a detailed evaluation of the issue, offered sage advice and even recommended a wonderful Roofer (A Whittaker Roofing) to help with the problem. The quote Micken supplied was very reasonable and fair and will be hopefully soon asking him and his team to carry out the works needed.

I needed a damp survey carrying out. Micken was recommended and rightly so, professional throughout. His survey was comprehensive and the report was detailed. He took the time to go through his finding in detail and although no further work was required - he provided tips and recommendations on how to prevent damp. Would use again.

I spoke to few businesses before because of the damp in the flat I rent. Each time I was getting different answers to my questions and the quotes my landlord couldn’t pay. Micken was friendly, patient and professional from start to end. He was actually listening to what we needed with the great result and job done quickly for the price my landlord was happy with.
