Called in on spec for advice about my front bike brake. Although he was busy he took the time to explain what the slight problem was but no need to worry about it.Would recommend to anyone who needs advice and bike repairs / servicing.

Absolutely lovely chap with plenty of knowledge. Really really friendly, excellent advice, recommended some trails and had a really nice conversation. Helped me out last minute with an emergency with my bike. Probably the best bike shop in the north east. Highly recommend

Very friendly . Done the full service at very short notice. Explained all he done. Bike is looking like new again. Also the pick up and drop back off is most helpful. Great value.

Excellent service from John. Carried out work on my bike that I was told from a bike shop in Team Valley (not Halfords) couldn't be done. He sorted with no hassle at a very fair price. Would definitely recommend, wouldn't go anywhere else now I've found him!

Recommended by a friend and I owe him a pint! What a fantastic experience from drop off to collection. Really pleased with my new shifter. Excellent communications, knowledge and advice. Will definitely be back with my other bikes. Cheers!
