Amazing Turkish restaurant, with a lovely menu selection. Went in for lunch, which there was a deal of starter & main for £13.50 between 12 to 4pm! The dishes were amazing, where myself and my partner were full :) Would totally recommend, and will come back constantly. The service was outstanding, with friendly and fast staff, who are very genuine and kind to assist and ensure your meal and stay is enjoyable.Make sure to finish your meal with either a Turkish coffee or tea no matter the weather!Sağol olsun abicim, ellerinize sağlık. - Ece

Absolutely nothing to fault, amazing lunch, plenty of choices both hot and cold and for starters and main course. Absolutely delicious and it came with warm bread and 2 dips and a wedge of lemon. All beautifully presented and served with such polite, professional and friendly staff. I absolutely recommend eating here. Oh and the toilet was spacious, clean and we'll presented like the whole restaurant and staff.

Pamukkale Turkish Restaurant
Went to Pamukkale for lunch with a friend. The food was delicious and a great portion too. I got the mixed shish which had a good selection of different meats. The waiters were also very lovely and charming, they greeted us with a big smile, and one of the waiters even made us a little roses which was very sweet. The baklava was also amazing! Would recommend to try this place out.

We became regular costumes here because of the quality of meat and our favorite dishes : lamp chops and ribs. The rest of the menu is good as well

Brilliant meal at Pammukale only matched by lovely service. Made me feel like I was on holiday. Loved the dips and breads as you arrive, Neil the waiter made me and my friend a napkin rose. We had the mixed cold starter - their tzatziki is amazing. We’d heard the portions were huge so for mains we shared the veggie moussaka halloumi and courgette fritters. The veggie moussaka was so so good. I’m glad we did so we had room for their incredible home made baklava for pudding. The owner Jack was so friendly and told us all about his passion for fresh not pre made : bought baklava. And you could really taste the difference! We went for dinner but they also have a good value lunch deal. On Western Road!

I'm shocked this place isn't packed every night. Lovely staff , great food, and the wine was fantastic.We like to visit all the Turkish restaurants and so far this is the best. Visit, and you won't be disappointed.I was really impressed that they didn't ask for a service charge. Obviously, I gave them one, but its the small things that count.Will definitely be back.

Pamukkale Turkish Restaurant
We had the Mix deal 2. A great variety of meses and meat and baklava as desert. Everything tasted so good. It was quite a lot and everything was prepared very well. The staff were so kind and gave us a personal service. We also noticed they are very clean! Great food at a great price. Wish we had a restaurant like this where we come from (the Netherlands). I woud definitly people to go and visit Pamukkale Brighton!
