The photos themselves were ok, especially compared to the ones we had from another nursery my son attends, but value for money isn't very good. When my daughter was at primary school you got a lot more in the bundles than you do now and they came with frames, I didn't see anywhere where this was an option. The sad thing is they charge so much because they know people will buy them and take a lot more images so you buy more. We couldn't get all the photos I wanted because I just couldn't afford it. I've worked in a primary school for 15+ years and within a class of 30 only a few parents buy them now where as before most parents bought them and it's mainly down to the cost and value for money.

Ordered two different schools photos to send them to my daughter's school all together but the company sent them to my son's school and my daughter's photos had been missing. By the time we received the reprinted photos, it took nearly 4 months.Also the photographer who took my son's photo told him to say Wisky" which made him awful look and showing his braces off. Very poor skill photographer. Very disappointed."

School Photographs okay, but restrictive prices and no discounts or bulk buy deals offered. I have two children and six images. They want £81 for just 6 digital downloads. Very restrictive given the current economic climate. Appalling value for money.

Extortionate school photos! How are these photography companies allowed to get away with charging these prices?

Your order will be delivered more than a month. Expensive and you don’t receive the payment you payed for. Improve your distribution. Disappointing service.

Way too pricy for school photos. Great quality prints but no mounts supplied and we have to pay extra for digital copy of photos. Why not include digital copies in one of your packages???

Really disappointed with the service and the fact that they couldn't be bothered to get back to me regarding my complaint. This is the 2nd year the photographer made my daughter put her lovely long hair round the back after I sent her to school with a lovely hair style I wanted to be seen in the photo,if I wanted her hair round the back I would of just put it in a ponytail. The fact we have to pay out for cardigans aswell as the school likes the children to wear cardigans for the school photos instead of their fleeces is now a waste of money as not only I won't be purchasing this photo I've also paid for a cardigan I didn't need too!! I will now be taking my child out of school so she can have her school photo done at a another photographers just so she can have her year 5s school photos which I'm sure the school will be really happy with!!

How can you charge £10/photo (on toilet like paper..)for rubbish photography skills is beyond normal undertstanding..Bleah..YOU DO NOT DESERVE THE MONEY.

DSP Academy came to my sons nursery to take the annual Christmas photos of the childern. Staff are friendly, professional, patient & interact with the kids to get the best photos from the session weather it's getting the child to smile or to laugh. Photos are viewed via letter with login and password and their website is simple to navigate for you to view and make your order with different packages to choose from aswell as digital downloads. Their prices can be expensive however the quality of the prints are well worth the money.

School photos cost has become extortionate, packages have become smaller for more money. Save your money use the capabilities of modern phones on blank background and stick your kids in their uniform. They didn't even have my daughter smiling in her photo.
