I cannot recommend Nick highly enough. Last year he replaced a hot water cylinder for me and he has recently removed and refitted my bathroom. His work is of an excellent standard, he is knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Due to poor service from the bathroom suppliers (not taking calls due to Covid!), delivery was delayed beyond his start date. Nick re-arranged both his and his team's schedule to ensure he could complete the job, for which I cannot thank him enough and am truly grateful. Jane

Just had a new boiler fitted and a few other jobs done by Nick. Very professional, organised, talked me though how to work system etc, arranged a scaffolder for a very awkward job, price seems very reasonable. Would reccomend and use again.

Nick Edwards was very thorough in troubleshooting a tricky issue we had with our boiler. He is a polite, detail-oriented & friendly person who I'm very happy to recommend. He's responsive via email too (which we didn't find with many other heating engineers).

Nick installed a Nest thermostat at my house. We had a good discussion about the best place to put the thermostat and then he did a great job of installing it. He made sure everything worked properly before he left and that I knew what I was doing with the thermostat and app. Nick is friendly and I trusted him. Nick is a very professional engineer with a keen eye for detail and is meticulous in his work. He has done a number of safety inspections for us at different properties, in addition to this he has replaced faulty parts and installed a number of radiators for us. With all the work he has carried out the work has always been extremely neat and he ensures that the work area is left clean and tidy at the end of the job.Nick communicates very well, informs you of the costs up front and has always kept to the appointments we have set.
