tanning here for years but just lately the staff have changed and today she was blatantly rude I understand her work may be repetitive but talking to me like I’m an inconvenience is an absolute joke The original staff and family members were brilliant shame

My favourite place. Highly recommended. Super clean and staff are above excellent. Sunbeds are the best in Gloucester.

The worst customer experience! It was my first time at this studio (which was evident as I was not registered there). The sun bed switched on before I even had a chance to undress as they started it while I was still talking to the receptionist. When I told them that the machine already started and I still haven’t had a chance to undress and put my lotion on, they told me that it’s not their problem as it automatically switches on after 3 mins, which they never told me about and the sign in the room said that I can start or stop the machine at any time (and in my previous experience I would start the machine myself when I’m ready). When I asked them if they can switch it on again as I didn’t even have a chance to get inside, they told me no because apparently I should’ve known that it’s automatic and I only have 3 mins to get inside without them ever telling me that :) never coming back obviously

Best salon in Gloucester I went for 10 minutes and I could see results straight away. Clean and high technology sunbeds.

Always straight forward and easy to pop in for a quick tan!
