Treetops Nursery

My son attended Treetops from the age of 11 Months till he left for school Aged 4 in July 2020, Treetops were beyond amazing and more. As an Early Years Educator picking a nursery for my son was challenge but I struck gold with Treetops, they meet my expectations and more. From Baby room all the way through to Preschool the staff cared, loved, and provided for my son. I was able to go to work with the confidence my son was happy, learning and in a caring environment.My son has some additional needs and all the staff from SENCo to Educators, went above and beyond to help my son meet all his designated targets, also referring to the additional services such a Speech and Language and working closely with them in the nursey environment. As a result of all their hard work my son has had excellent start to school life!As an Educator I found it extremely hard settling my own Son at nursery at times to go and provide for others, the staff always took the time to understand and have a little chat on those wobbly days. They would often phone me at work to let me know my son was fine! Staff going that extra mile meant a lot.Also, during the first lockdown, the staff adapted and provided such a lovely home learning program, for something that was new to us all they provided detailed tasks, ideas and live singing sessions which were amazing! Coming close to Graduation time I was so worried we wouldn’t be able to mark the occasion, but the Preschool team saved the day. They worked with the children to provide an online ceremony for us parents to watch. Such a special occasion and will stay with us forever!I would recommend Treetops 100% staff, environment, ethos, management, support staff are all amazing!

My son attended Treetops since he was 2 years old until he started school. I highly recommend it. My son loved this nursery. Teachers were very nurturing and loving. I can surely say that my son was equipped in every way to move to Reception. I see how Treetops played an important role in his settlement at the big school. They supported us during potty training, we were always aware about his development and how his day looked like. There was new staff sometimes, but some key workers were still there so it wasn't a big deal.

We sent our son to Treetops 5 years ago when he was one and he attended until he went to school. It really is a special place- caring staff, high quality provision, nurturing and excellent communication. I always felt reassured as a parent and my son loved it. Our second son started two months ago and nothing is too much trouble. He loves attending and I can go to work without worrying knowing the excellent and nurturing care he is receiving. They retain their staff too which was an important factor when considering a nursery. I couldn't think of a nicer place to send children to and the outdoor space they have is a real rarity for London!

Not the best nursery out there. Beside being a “good” rated Ofsted nursery, what I noticed in 10 months of having our twin girls in the nursery is that they don’t keep a great record/log of the kid’s progress, even if they have the app, also they don’t really tell you personally about stuff kids do (they did; very rarely), milestones reached , creativity etc .The Nursery has a pretty big number of staff that rotates and what I noticed is that some of the staff kept changing over and over again (there might be a management problem or logistic) which does not gives a lot of credibility to this nursery.Was very pleased at the start ( Aug 2022) but disappointed now (May 2023)

I have both my kids there. The key worker staff are the biggest asset there. They show enthusiasm each morning when welcoming the kids to the nursery. They have handled the Covid crisis SO SO WELL taking all necessary precautions immediately. The staff are having to work double harder due to staff absences and having to keep everything safe and clean everything themselves. They do an amazing job. They are also very accommodating if I ever need to send my child in on an ad hoc basis. My daughter absolutely loves going there each morning and that's undoubtedly down to the staff.
