Sherborne Arms
We arrived last minute after a long touring bike ride with nowhere to eat. They managed to fit us in with no notice and sat us by the fire.We had the sharing chicken pie for two which was a great portion even for hungry tourers. Food was brilliant quality - definitely a higher quality that a usual pub.Couldn't recommend more.

This pub is such a treat! Everything on the menu was executed perfectly, from the mulled wine to the focaccia and rare bit. The staff are lovely and everything is simply quality.

Superb rooms and food in a lovely country pub. Bike friendly, very reasonable room price and top service (thanks Henriett). Menu was top quality including the rillettes and then the venison, loads of it. Plenty of tables. A great place.

Excellent cookery with really good and friendly service. They cooked the best roast beef - very flavoursome and tender with the most wonderful cauliflower cheese dish on the side. My partner had an excellent vegetarian dish which she loved. Couldn't see anything on the menu that I didn't want to try. Pricing was quite reasonable by modern standards.

Now under new ownership, having sampled a couple of their other venues, this will be great. Now have stayed for a night and have to report it is a very nice spot, interesting menu, remarkable amount of seating without feeling anywhere as big as it is. Will be back very soon. Northleach is a fine little town too. The spend noted here includs the room charge as well !!!

Sister gastropub to the Fox at Broadwell so menu similar. The venison pie was exceptional. And pub as cozy as the Telegraph says....go!

I took my nephew and his family for Tuesday lunch. All five of us and two dogs said lunch was delicious. We even squeezed in a pudding. Phew! The service was good and we didn't have to wait too long.

Went for a family pub dinner. Food was excellent, staff were great. We will definitely be going back again before too long.
