First they took away a biscuit served with hot drinks now no saucer. Not acceptable M & S don't know which penny pinching genius thought this up.

Had a breakfast and toast was rock hard. No good if you have false teeth. Need to make the seating area twice the size. If your on your own by the time you queue and get served I'm sometimes walking round for ages waiting for a table.

Just had a wonderful experience at Fosse Park M&S cafe. Arrived with minutes to spare before closing and was served by the lovely assistant, Simone. She was happy to help with my order and didn't rush me at all. The food is so fresh and the coffee was delicious. Highly recommend.

Went about 5.00pm. Not very busy at all - a blessing. 20% off home and Christmas currently. Bought a couple of nice bone china mugs (photo attached). Popped into the main cafe (not the one right by the entrance), very few people there either. I can recommend the smoked bacon sandwich.

I ordered the fish fingers ciabatta. Cost £6+ and it a kids size sandwich. Very disappointed as I was starving.Best to stay with just cake and coffee at an M&S cafe as you know what you get.

No queues to get in either the store or the cafe. Great selection of snacks and cakes. Coffees freshly made to order and it was a decent flat white. There were plenty of spare tables each with a perspex screen between it and the next table. Pleasant and polite staff. Nice to get back to a bit of normal.

Lovely new M&S cafe in store, nice, bright, clean and calm environment.Attractive cakes once we walked in, however food choices are not much, especially hot food.Price is reasonable considering it’s M&S quality, service is good, lovely, polite staff.Plenty parking, including disabled parking right outside, believe it has time limit.

We received our food 35 minutes after ordering & paying for it by than our hot drinks were coldThe avocado on sour dough bread wasn’t sour dough breadThe waiter advised that the food will arrive within the 20 minutes of ordering but it took much longerIf it hadn’t been for him I’d most likely give zero to serviceThank god I had the afternoon off wouldn’t want go there for a quick lunch!
