Kevin was due to undertake electrical work 25th February. I received a text message one hour before he was due to arrive stating that he would be unable to attend due to an attempted break in to his garage. However, he said that he would contact me within the next two days with an alternative date. He did not contact me and then went on holiday.I expected him to contact me upon return from holiday but he didn't. I telephoned him and left voice messages, also sent text messages and a whats app message with no response. Thought he may have died on holiday!! He eventually replied to an email and advised that his phone screen had been smashed. Does not explain why he did not contact me via a landline. After several weeks of chasing he eventually advised me that the work could be done sometime after 1st April but still did not give me a date!!!I eventually spoke with him by telephone and he said that he would text me a date when he got home. That did not happen. I tried to phone him again but he has now blocked my number.If he did not want to do the work why not simply say so. I could then have arranged another electrician.No doubt he will point to the many positive reviews. However, If you look at this review and the recent review of Jo Acheson I think you will see a pattern emerging.He has wasted my time and I will now have to arrange for another electrician to do the work.

Kev recently did the full re-wire at our home over in Herts.A great quote. Clear and precise on what needed doing and how long it would take.The work carried out was pretty full on (as re-wires are!) but Kev kept the place tidy and liveable for us (as best he could).Despite some fiddly work and long hours Kev was always friendly and upbeat. A pleasure to have around the house.Would definitely recommend.

Was contacted on the morning of the proposed job by Kev to say he was unable to attend due to a Covid case in his family and would contact me with a new date. Sadly despite frequent chasing he failed to respond. Still haven’t heard from him 1 month after the original date of the job! Went with someone else in the end. If you don’t want to do the job just be polite enough to say so rather than string people along.

I used KRT Electrical Services for a complete rewire of my house that I recently purchase. Polite, professional were my first impressions. I was quickly contacted and a visit to my house arranged. Kev carried out a comprehensive survey of the house and suggested different options with regards to lighting and locations of sockets. He promptly provided me with a competitive price and booked the job.Clean and efficient is how I would describe Kev's work. He worked tirelessly to get my job finished and kept me updated along the way on the progress of the job. Overall, an excellent electrician that has a 'can do attitude. Highly recommended.

Kevin is very knowledgeable , professional and tidy . He was able to help us rectify a dangerous job that a cowboy electrician had left us.He is courteous and very design conscious even down the colour of the cabling to integrate into the aesthetic . We would not hesitate to recommend Kevin .

Only a small job but carried out the day after an initial consultation. Very convenient.

After rearranging the first appointment due to van MOT (which was fair enough), I was let down a second time 10 minutes before he was due to arrive, having organised my working day around this arrangement. He then told me he could come later that night, but I was sadly ignored when I agreed to this. Instinct told me to cut my losses and I went with someone else.

KRT Electrical & Property Services have proved to be a real find! Kev who carried out my work was a true professional and also a really lovely guy who could not do enough to help! From my experience I would recommend this firm to anyone.

Excellent work carried out and a very professional job installing a power supply plus lighting to two outbuildings. Will definitely be using KRT’s services again in fact we already have more work lined up for him.
