Called in for a full English breakfast. Took a long time to be served and when arrived it was cold. I complained and got my money back. No apology could not care less. Will not be returning.

Always great to get an English breakfast here. Reasonably priced and satisfying, this is the place I come to when I crave me a good old English breakfast. I add a portion of chips for good measure, which is always promising. Free salt and pepper packets available for seasoning.

Popped in here while driving past a while ago, absolutely disgusting service,me and my wife were turned away by a very rude girl on the tilll that told us were too busy to serve you food" the standards for employees here must be very low

Morrisons cafe Cheadle Heath has gone right down. No hot drinks whatsoever as all the machines are broken. How difficult would it be to organise some sort of hot water boiler so we could at least have a cup of tea ? Hardly any cutlery - had to ask twice and wait ages. There doesn’t seem to be any commitment to decent customer service - very poor. I won’t be coming again.

Came today with my 2 children and sister in law for some food. Was served by a very polite lady on the till (didn’t get her name) ordered food and it arrived promptly. Food was ok, the only thing I would say that the tomato was smushy like it was sat for a while otherwise really nice food.

Truly disgusting. The worst veggie breakfast I've ever had - uncooked sausages, leathery mushroom, cardboard hash browns - it was all dismal, I had one bite of each item, then gave up. The cutlery is dirty, the tables are sticky, even the brown sauce packets were oily. Can't even get tap water without a long wait, then it comes in a paper cup and smells of legionairs. I threw up after.

Popped into the cafe for breakfast. £6.99 for a full english and £1.29 for a pot of tea.The breakfast was quite basic for the price. The sausages were cheap and tasteless. The tomato and mushroom were cold and undercooked. The hash browns, beans and egg were warm and the bacon was just right. The toast was nice and hot and the butter absorbed well. Not the best breakfast but also not the worst. I would still have expected better for the price paid. The cafe staff were friendly and efficient.

Got the small breakfast. Cooked well. White toast, no other option. No black pudding/hash brown/mushroom. Coffee tasted nice but was a very small cup. Brew making area was dirty, the cutlery caddies were absolutely filthy. Won’t be returning.

Was that bad I actually couldn’t eat the food and service was poor. Staff seemed untrained in hospitality and were just surly almost as though they were doing you a favour. I noticed on leaving there were other tables who had also left uneaten food so I know it’s not just me being picky. Never again if I could give 0 stars I would. Such a shame as it used to be a great little cafe. You always got good quality food albeit basic. Not anymore

Ordered the poached egg & avocado on toast. The bread had no butter & was very dry, it was the worst poached egg I’d ever had, it was more like a hard boiled egg & was just about warm. The avocado was really cold. Won’t ever have it again. The staff were nice & helpful. No sugar or sweetener for coffee though.
