Been going to this place for 5 years. Never had an issue. Tom has always been nice to me and my mum. A few months back my mum weren’t happy with how her nails where done so the next time after that I asked who’s doing my mums nails because she wanted the girl who who works there to do them. While we we there you could tell Tom was annoyed with us because I said my mum weren’t happy with her nails last time.Today we went back after not being there for months. And wow the atmosphere was disgusting. He didn’t even say hello or greet us or anything. Got completely blanked. Then he started hoovering up the shop and drilling really loudly while we were there. I’m 9 months pregnant and it was stressing me out the way he carried on. Like we were invisible. My mum even felt awkward. The women who did are nails were amazing. But we won’t be coming here ever again. Lost 2 loyal customers. All because my mum weren’t happy a few months back he carries on something shocking. When we left he was fake to a customer and was really nice to them but blanked us. Absolutely vile behaviour!!! Don’t even want to give 1 star!! Will never ever give my money to a rude fake person ever again!!!! They have lost business from us!!

They are average at what they do andi've never been to such a unfriendly, rude and unwelcoming nail salon before. I've been here quite a few times and not once have any staff members been friendly or polite. I got charged an extra £5 for nail art that took less than 2 minutes. Every time I've been here my nails have been so rushed and they just try and get you out as quick as possible! I won't be coming here again and I would advise you not to waste your time or money coming to this place!

USA Nails is the best. They always do a great job, professional, friendly and reasonably priced. Great that you can just walk in and don’t wait too long. I would definitely recommend USA Nails.

I was there twice now and will be coming back. The owners are really fun and do a great job. They have a pedicure station at the salon and offer coffee and low prices.
