Our first time ordering carpets and carpet stop were amazing! Their staff and fitters would incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and patient with us. Nobody was pushy at any stage of the process. The finished work is absolutely top notch and we will definitely be going back to them again. A specially thanks to Mis and Dom who guided us through the selection and purchasing process as well as Jason and Colin who fitted our carpets.

Loving our newly laid carpets in our front and back bedrooms. We also purchased a new bed and mattress from The Carpet Stop to complete our back bedroom which is so comfortable and compliments our room. I can highly recommend the sales/install team at Derby. Great place, great staff, great range of carpet and yes grate prices. Really worth going for a visit. There were lots of remnants from £30 and upwards. Also they have a few options with free underlay and free fitting

The best flooring store in Derby. I visited several carpet shops before this, but only here I got the best offer. Very nice staff, they advised me on which carpet to choose, which is the best underlay for my concrete floor. I am very satisfied and recommend it to everyone. Called into the shop and was met by AJ, who was friendly and welcoming. Showed us the flooring we asked about and quoted us a good price. Came to the house a few days later to measure and we found it worked out cheaper. Friendly fast service at a fantastic price

Needed flooring for a large garden room but didn’t want to spend a large amount of money, from the moment we entered they were very good & sold us exactly what we asked for, fitted quickly & first job on a Saturday morning, perfect!! great customer service from start to finish, will definitely be going back

We have used this company twice now once for a bedroom and once for a loft and stairs. Really brilliant service both times especially with rearranging dates as work got delayed. The staff were friendly and flexible to our needs which was brilliant. And the finish is superb. We are so pleased with all they have done.

I don’t even know where to start … I used many carpet companies as always had kids & animals at home so I do change the floors every few years …The carpet stop it’s definitely the best place to get ur floors from …They will cover any budget from very low to the highest …The carpets and floorings they offer are really very high quality… even the cheaper option it’s a very decent quality…The whole service was excellent! From walking into to the shop I received so much help to choice what is best for me , to have a workers in and they listened so well what exactly I do expect from them . Aj was extremely helpful with measure my hallway and advice how to sort my extremely long hallway in the cheapest way . With a medium price carpet! He even offered to help me remove the old flooring… what a guy !!!Thank you so much for everything! I will be your regular costumer so see you soon again .
