I had the Black Grape Fruit tea at one of the bubble tea place in Edinburgh, they used fresh grapes to make the tea. I assume for £4.70, this place will use fresh grapes as well. But this one is just syrup, taste very artificial. The coconut jelly blocks the straw all the time for some reason??? I am very disappointed to be honest. Wish I knew it’s not fresh grapes. Not gonna come here again, thanks.

Nice bubble tea shop. I ordered cream cheese peach tea. Didn’t expect it to be smoothie but it was great for a sunny day anyway. I liked how the peach flavor was blended with tea.

The tapioca is AWFUL. I’ve never had anything like it, it’s absolutely disgusting. The staff were rather standoffish and seemed annoyed that we were ordering there. Ignore the pretty branding and avoid!

The shop is cute and the employees are kind, but the tapioca is awful. It's overcooked and unflavoured. The tapioca were so soft they fell apart in the straw and clogged it up. A shame because it looked really promising, but I'll definitely be going to Cupp up the road instead for a better experience.

I love it here so much. The drinks are amazing and the staff are just so friendly. It's cheaper than other bubble tea places I've been to as well. We love the taro and mango passion tea!

Good tea at a decent price with a cosy, technicolor ambience. That is all one can ask for my bubble tea place, and this place delivered in that regard. I love the exuberant decoration, and such luscious adornment drew me immediately inside. I drank the bubble tea as I wondered through the streets of Glasgow on a rainy day back from the Botanical Gardens and looked up at the towering and elaborate Victorian architecture surrounding me. Bubble tea is harder to come by here in Scotland, but it's worth having on a somber and stormy day.

I loved the bright pink branding, and flowery walls inside Hi-Tea in Hillhead. They have a wide range of options and serve sizes. They also sell a cute unicorn reusable mug which I could resist purchasing for my bubble tea! The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I treated myself to bubble tea today, but the staff was incredibly unhelpful. The place looked quite dirty, and when I inquired about other items, they seemed clueless, constantly looking at each other. The service was far from pleasant; I doubt I'll be returning.
