Very professional and friendly approach from Judith throughout. Judith ensured we were constantly kept advised from the pre-advertising inspection through to the leasing of our property. Advice was given prior to marketing to ensure we were up to date with certifications and standard of property. Judith also took time to introduce me to other members of the lettings team, particularly Hannah, whom has dealt with a lot of the leasing administration. We couldn't have asked for a more caring and professional approach, thank you Judith.

Desiree was very rude and dismissive to me over the phone when I called regarding a theft of my personal property that occured in the communal area after Trinity had sent contractors to the building. This is after waiting weeks for a call back and having to follow-up myself. Is that how your building managers speak to people?! Practically hanging up on them?Thank you for you response, Alastair.

Judith Ritchie is a property powerhouse!I had the pleasure of seeking her advice and support in considering how best to navigate the lettings world and was put at great ease by her clear knowledge of a very technical legal transaction which the ignorant amongst us could get terribly wrong. Judith was very approachable and demonstrated a depth of knowledge of letting and the Aberdeen market that seemed beyond compare. Along with her team, she has helped smooth the transition from an inept factor, who had basically given up managing our development, to providing a very proactive service. We now have confidence that repairs and maintenance work will be progressed and that the best rates will be negotiated. I like Trinity, it's the people that make it. Paula Robertson has looked after our factoring for years, and helped us with challenges. She's always available, and acts on issues. So, when I had to re-let the flat, Paula out me in touch with Judith Ritchie. Tough times at changeover, but the support and help I've received from Judith has been outstanding.
