Hazel was very efficient at sorting out our ad hoc childcare needs whilst our usual nanny was on holiday. We had two great babysitters/nannies who were great with the little ones and very useful round the house. Will definitely have East Green Childcare in my phone for future emergencies!

We were relocating to the area from London and the idea of finding a nanny/housekeeper was the most stressful part of the move for me. As a working mum with limited time, understanding the local market and having access to strong candidates ahead of our move was essential. Hazel was a super star at keeping me updated - even when she was on holiday! Even though we found a nanny elsewhere, Hazel was generous in giving her time to help me understand the intricacies of payroll, pension contribution and negotiation - notwithstanding that she wasn't being compensated for her time. East Green will be my first choice for an agency in the future if i need one.

Hazel has made the job of finding our brilliant nanny incredibly effortless!Prior to contacting East Green Child Care Services we had interviewed 5 nannies via zoom (due to the pandemic). All were very nice, but prices seemed to differ vastly and all were quite vague on their availability. Being a teacher and working throughout the pandemic we required more concrete commitment with our childcare, so I turned to Hazel. She acted so quickly and put us in touch with our brilliant nanny. She answered any questions I had within hours of sending the communication and since appointing we have had regular contact to ‘check-in’ on how it has worked out. Hazel’s prices are very reasonable for what took such a headache out of finding brilliant childcare.

Hazel was exceptional at all points throughout the process - she was always available on phone or email, which was really helpful.The candidates that Hazel sent through were very good, but our final choice was amazing. I honestly can't say enough good things about our current nanny and we have Hazel to thank for her. Our son adores her and we are so grateful for all of Hazel's efforts in finding us our perfect nanny. Would absolutely recommend Hazel to anyone considering using an agency to find their family's perfect nanny.
