They received my return 10 DAYS AGO and have been sitting on their thumbs apparently. Disgusting - I’ve never received such poor service before. I only returned it as the colour accuracy was so off - so don’t waste your time.

I waited at home all day to receive a delivery from Homescapes and their so called courier delivered it to the wrong address. If that wasn't bad enough, Homescapes refused to take any responsibility for the mixup and told me to collect the delivery myself.

They delivered me a broken armchair (not just slightly damaged - there was a large crack in the wood and the joins were coming apart). It took nearly a month of emailing and calling to get this replaced. They offered me a total of 3 different delivery slots in a whole month, 2 of which were not possible either due to the late notice they gave me or the fact that despite being assured I could get a slot late in the afternoon I was given 11:00-14:00. They kept telling me the driver is not going through your area this week". Surely the drivers go to the areas where you have customers requiring delivery? I understand that scheduling this can be difficult but to only give me 3 possible timeslots in a whole month is ridiculous. I wasn't offered anything to compensate for all this hassle. I think maybe their homeware deliveries are smoother

The ordering was great. Excited to have found a nice organic cotton blanket. This is very positive ended. Product arrived and the packing did not mention organic cotton anywhere. Doubtful I contact Homescapes and after a bit of back and forth it turns out that if you open the non organic cotton packaging then you find two labels on the inside. One says regular cotton and one organic cotton. What made it worse is that they say they have GOTS certification for their cotton but no labelling to be found. Product seems nice but just all a bit too weird.

Do not bother buying 1000TC bedding from this company that costs hundreds of pounds - in about a year it will develop scars and rips even if washed at 30 and never tumble dried. That's what happened to me twice! The 1st time they said it may have just been a poor quality batch and replaced everything. I went back again for more products years later and the same thing happened but now they're refusing to replace anything. My son has 800TC from another company that looks like new after 5 years. The claim on their website that this bedding will last for years" is nonsense."

Like other reviewers have noted, the quality of the products this company sell is often poor. They advertise themselves as “the epitome of luxury”, yet nothing could be further from the truth. When I took photos of what happened to the linen after a couple of nights’ sleep, and emailed these to them, the manager explained that, “luxury is a very subjective term”. When I asked him to clarify what this meant, he was unable to. I asked him if the photographs I sent him looked like the photographs on the website, and he replied, “I couldn’t possibly comment”. They did offer to collect the products, but said that they would only refund me if they could identify a fault. The problem is, there is no fault. It’s just cheaply made. Every piece of bedlinen in the world looks great until it’s had a wash and been slept in for a few nights. They are using this hygiene excuse to avoid helping me - but that misses the point. The products are sold as “luxury” - but they are cheap and nasty. I have uploaded a video of their products to YouTube. It’s entitled “Homescapes review / Homescapes online review”. I would strongly suggest that any potential purchaser watches this video before purchasing anything from them.

We purchased bedding all from the same range expecting the duvet cover, pillows and bottom sheet to match. It did not at all. The colour was completely different. We contacted the company, however, they were less than helpful and used 'must be from a different batch' as an excuse. Very unimpressed with the customer service. Two stars rather than one, as, if it had matched, we would have been pleased with the bedding. Would not buy again.

Brushed bedding I bought shrunk so much after one wash it barely fits on the bed. I have to pull it until it's beginning to tear. It also pills so much, it's like sleeping in a bed full of crumbs

Complained about an unusable foot stool due to its design being completely uncomfortable and rock hard. Customer services didn’t help in any way, just sent me a link to the returns process which I would have to pay for! Left either out of pocket or with a foot stool we can’t use…
