National Tyres and Autocare - a Halfords company

Horrible service. Booked MOT for my car and was sent back first time saying I was 5 mins late. They had asked me to rebook after a week. Rebooked through Halfords website & on the day of appointment have been told they can’t see my re-booking in their system while it is clearly shown on the Halfords login.Absolutely unreliable!

Based on my experience it was okay, they just told me they don’t have time without mentioning when they have next available appointment. Just bit rude however, I haven’t had anything done with them that’s why just 3 stars based on one interaction.

Had service and MOT booked for today and mechanic was off sick. Had successfull MOT and booked service for next week. Very polite and friendly staff.

As a woman of no knowledge I was very grateful of the guys here. I had a flat tyre and I'm useless. They were very quick efficient and friendly. Thank you very very much.

The whole process was quite annoying. Booked in for a full service online for £189. I just can’t really see what you get for that money. I was one of the first to drop off my car at the drop off time and I was one of the last cars ready to collect. I called them 5 times after 4pm for an update, they don’t pick up, ever. They never contacted me to say car was ready I had to walk over there and check after work, hoping I was gonna have a vehicle. They never signed my service book that I left on the front seat. They said they would look at the engine light being on, the engine light was and is still on when they gave the car back to me, nothing about it on their report. Also they’ve said on a report that the break discs are corroding but never did they call me and ask if I might want these changed while it’s in there, I just can’t figure out what the £189 worth of ‘service’ is for to be honest because I could have changed the oil and air filter myself. Now I’ve gotta go and find yet another garage to help a young single female out with her car. It’s exhausting.

Friendly and professional, only critism is, wasn't started at appointment time due to lack of staff even though I paid a premium time slot fee when booking online.

Attended this company this morning for a 10:00 booking today.Upon arrival, the Centre Manager who introduced himself as John" (bald guy with beard) was standing outside with a Customer who was asking for advice on his pitted discs.I was standing next to John and the customer when I heard John be extremely rude to them when the customer asked if the car could be looked into now. I overheard John say "There is nothing I can do before 13:00

Absolute rip-off merchants. Since halfords have taken over, their prices have doubled, and they are tactically getting you to replace parts that do not need replacing. I will never be using them again or halfords for that matter.
