Not too many dealers like this one out there. I travelled from London to go see an Audi A6. It had a few issues such as scuffed door and bumper, worn tyres, 6 months or so MOT and a faulty electronic wing mirror. They had recently p/x the car so were not able to pay much attention to it. They allowed me to inspect the car in my own time and gave me the key to take it for a test drive. The car drove perfectly fine and came with full dealership service history. I paid a deposit and was told that the car will be ready in 3 weeks. I was told that all problems I have raised will be sorted and a fresh MOT and service will be done. I got a call after 2.5 weeks to say the car was ready for collection. All issues were sorted and it looked almost new due to the works carried out and the interior/exterior cleaning. 2 months on, the car drives very smooth and I have had no issues whatsoever. Highly recommended dealership.

I recently bought my VW CC from here.. I can't say enough about these guys. Lovely chaps. Manged to buy a beautiful car.. prices are Bob on and the service is fantastic. I did need the EGR valve sorted on the VW and they sorted it right away. Can't fault them. Also fitted brand new springs and front brakes for its MOT.Thank you guys so much

Brought my wife's car from here 11 months ago for a good price and got a standard 3 month warranty and decided to get the extended car warranty on it for 3 years as you never know with newer cars . car had a problem call them up very happy to help got me book in as soon a possible and sorted me out there Courtesy car got the car back fue days later with problem fix fantastic experience with them highly recommended many thanks to them

Well what can i say ive purchased 4 cars from windmill motors over maybe 5 years and today was the 4th this place is always been my go to dealer for a decent car great staff always friendly and willing to help they have there own garage for mots and servicing would highly recommend.

I purchased a car from Windmill Motors back in February 2023.As anybody would, I tried to save some money on the car haggling with the Salesman, which was Kevin at the time. He wasn't shifting in price, which was fair enough... He did however tell me that Windmill Motors would grant me 6 months warranty instead of 3. I went ahead with the purchase of the vehicle and Kevin told me on more than one occasion that the car would have the 6 months warranty.Now when I paid for the vehicle, 2 weeks later, I didn't check the warranty details (Silly me) and they'd actually put 3 months down instead of 6... This is obviously extremely frustrating, considering Kevin stood there in front of myself and my partners father and told us both 6 months.From February-May I haven't had any issues with the vehicle whatsoever.. It has been brilliant.. Now with the weather warming up recently I have tried to put my AC on in the car, and unfortunately it is blowing out hot smelly air.I contacted Windmill Motors and asked them if there is anything they could do (Bare in mind they didn't check over this with the service they did in February) This is something that is pretty standard with most services I have had in the past.Obviously with it only currently being June, the vehicle should still be in warranty (As I purchased in February).The team as Windmill Motors are now saying that I will have to pay for this, even though this is something that would've been included within my warranty.I agree with most reviews that I read on Google about Windmill Motors in that the car was immaculate when I collected it and I haven't had any other issues with it - The team at the time were fantastic with me.However, if you decide to buy anything from Windmill Motors and Kevin in particular, just please bare in mind that he will lie directly to your face and mislead you throughout the process of the sale.

They did exactly what they said they do, the little concerns I found when originally looking at the car they did, came with fresh MOT and no advisories. Had a small noise found a few days after collecting the car, they took it in found the problem ordered genuine new part all sorted with no fuss. Easy to deal with recommend them without doubt not many car dealers like these people around.

I travelled from London to purchase my lovely new BMW 4 Series. I arrived without an appointment and was seen very quickly even though everyone was busy. I dealt with a gentlemen called Sam who was amazing from start to finish , even made me a coffee! He went above and beyond. There was no pressure and all my questions were answered thoroughly. I was extremely pleased with Sam’s enthusiasm and knowledge. The whole team at Windmill Motors were great! The 4 series caught my eye straightaway , took it for a test drive with no issues. Fell in love with it the moment I sat inside. It can be quite daunting going to a large dealership with so many different vehicles to choose from but the staff at Windmill Motors were very knowledgeable and polite! I part exchanged my old vehicle and got a good price which made everything so easy! I was helped with the finance and was also offered optional extras! I will most definitely be back next year for to purchase my wife’s car. Thanks once again , much appreciated. Love my new car!
