Shape and Polish Chislehurst
Disappointed with my last visit, poor service, needed an extra half hour to fix the poor nail polish application after the tech had chatted to her colleagues throughout and the acrylics looked lumpy and the shape was a bit wonky on some. Never been wowed here but it’s convenient, but after the last appt I have decided I’d prefer to go elsewhere.

The lady at the front desk was unbelievably rude and more interested in her phone rather than booking in a potential client. I wouldn’t waste your money here, there are far better places around.

Had sns nails today and my daughter had acrylic nails. Both perfect,. They were busy but not rushing anyone and the attention to detail excellent. Lovely salon and each client greeted as they came in.Thank you!

My first experience here and whilst my nails came out ok, the customer experience is non existent. Incredibly unfriendly and unwelcoming. No welcome, didn’t even ask my name.Getting your nails done is meant to be a treat, for me it’s a form of self care to make me feel better, here it felt like my very presence was insulting. It’s a lovely interior in an affluent area, it’s a shame they’re destroying a great business set up with a bad attitude to customers. Cash only as well which is a huge red flag.

I was recommended to the salon after a not so great experience elsewhere. I was impressed with the technician who did a beautiful job and took great care with my nails. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. I will most definitely be returning in the future.Thankyou.

Had infill and gel polish £27. The nails are perfect really thin and excellent shape unfortunately the gel polish peeled off by the evening gutted as the last time I had the exact same colour and it lasted over 2 weeks.Very little conversation with the nail technicians as always and one was busy with her FaceTime call throughout.

Used this salin before but after today's experience will not go back, very rushed gel manicure and pedicure. Dented finish on a few nails, not a great experience, shame as they started off so well.
