Absolutely disgusted with the phone call I've just had over a sofa they refused to take it back because of where I live and over some steps and they don't have any insurance I had 2 leather sofas 2 years ago no problem getting up the steps will never be going there again disgusted and the lady I spoke to was extremely disrespectful

So, so can find a good buy sometimes and the prices for leek arent the worst but the staff mostly dont seem happy to even be there. Not the most friendly place I have ever visited.

Was in the shop with 15 year old son. Staff member would not let me, his 45 year old mother buy 15 and 18 rated DVDs as he had placed them on the counter?! I understand not selling to under 18s but when I went back in alone to buy them the same shop assistant had to check it was okay with her manager before allowing me to spend money in their shop. Won't be back

Staff are not the friendliest, and each time we go into the shop it seems be getting worse, on a rare occasion you can get a good bargain, but just lately the prices are way to much and some items are just a joke,

Use the big charity shop quite a lot . However today wanted to donate some furniture. I had arranged with the charity shop for the removal guys to pick the item up . A 170 yr old chest of drawers . The removal people told me they could not accept the item as it had ‘scuff marks on it and the charity shop would not accept it’ .

Got some brilliant bits for me and my little boy including a brand new jumpsuit with tags! Visited a few times and the staff are always friendly. The lady who served me also told me about some stock that they are due to put out in the next week or so!

Visited on Sunday afternoon the 29thof September with my mother who is aged 78 , who suffers much pain in her legs. Mum asked the person for a little water to take a painkiller , the person at the desk stated that this was not allowed ! We are regular customers and donate on a regular basis . We went to another shop close by and they took my mum into a side room and got her some water also made sure she was ok . Will think twice about going there again and there are plenty more charity shops in leek to donate to .
