Amazing advert, photos, service and team.Such a welcome when you visit the office, great communication on our house What's-app and phone calls to keep you in the loop! he process was so smooth and they oversaw everything keeping me informed of the process without any pressure on my part. After having poor service from with other local agents when offering on properties I can only hope we find one listed with LL Estates. A special mention to Fiona who provided fantastic and efficient mortgage advice and to Sabrina who has gone above and beyond every step of the way.

Could not thank Sabrina enough for the process of buying our first home! Every question we had she answered them right away, whenever she heard anything regarding the process, she would keep us updated right away! Her communication is second to none, it really made our journey a lot smoother knowing we were in safe hands! LL Estates were really helpful with viewing arrangements as we were moving out of town.Nothing was too much trouble. Always replied to calls, emails etc very quickly.If we had a query regarding our move, Hannah would mediate between our solicitors and the solicitors of the home we were buying.Overall a great service provided by LL Estates. I would recommend this company to everyone.

LL estates have been fantastic from start to finish! After having a negative experience with a previous agent we felt very apprehensive when deciding on a new agent but that was soon remedied thanks to the upmost professionalism of the team at LL estates.
