Feline at Home Cat Hotel

5 Stars are not enough recommendation for this cattery. I couldn’t recommend them enough. We have two rescue cats who didn’t have the best start in life. The first year we forewent our holiday to ensure their sanity! The second year we placed them in a cattery only to pick up skin and bones on our return. This year we thought long and hard if we really needed a holiday. I researched many Catteries in our area and after lots of correspondence to the Feline at home motel I booked in our cats and booked our holiday. Dropping them off we looked around and saw how happy and relaxed all the other cars were.I messaged while away to make sure the cats were doing ok, which they were and on our return I picked up two healthy, happy cats who obviously had as relaxing time as we did.Next time we go away our cats will be booked in here again. The owner is an animal lover and goes the extra mile to make sure the cats are happy and eating.

Adrienne did a fantastic job of looking after my cat. She's not the easiest cat in the world to care for, but Adrienne went above and beyond- even rearranging her other pens so Lola would feel comfortable. Came back after our holiday to a very happy cat. Would recommend to anyone, especially if you're worried about leaving your cat somewhere new.

Spotlessley Clean! We always use Feline at home, they make our cat feel very welcome. They are well organised with a display board showing what food and treatments. You can even upgrage to the executive suite. This place is a true hotel built for cats, far from a holiday inn. Sometime our cat doesn't want to come home!

We left our 6 month old kitten here for a week while we went on holiday. They clearly paid close attention to her. The staff are very friendly and professional, and clearly care about what they're doing. Thank you to the team for looking after Lucy for us, we'll definitely be returning in future.

My cat has stayed here twice recently and he has been happy and relaxed when I have collected him each time. The rooms for the cats are spacious and very clean. The surroundings are so calm. Adrienne is lovely! Would recommend and would book again :-)

Our cat was more relaxed coming home from Feline at home than from any other cattery.I belive she was well cared for and I will not hesitate to take her here again.The facilities are clean and spacious.Our usual concerns about our fussy madam were listened to and I felt entirely comfortable leaving her with them.Current restrictions require leaving and collecting at the entrance but I think this is actually a good thing as usually I suspect our attempts to settle our cat probably stress her out.Drop off and collection times are arranged to ensure social distancing (and parking availability too).The location although fairly near a major road is surprisingly quiet.

My cat Button has stayed numerous times now at Feline at Home and I couldn't recommend Adrienne and the service enough! Like most cat parents, Button is our pride and joy and Adrienne looks after her like she is royalty. She is so kind to Button, and lovely to deal with when booking in and communicating. It's been lovely to watch Button get more comfortable upon each stay, and I believe she truly does now feel at home in her holiday hotel!

My cat is always very well looked after whenever we have to go away.
